LEGAL SERVICE

This service includes legal advice as a professional activity, representing a person in court, in pre-trial proceedings or elsewhere, as well as preparing a document for a person and performing other legal actions in his interest.

The fee for the legal service is agreed in the client contract. The client pays the legal office owner in the agreed manner and time based on the invoice. The client agreement may stipulate that the client pays the legal service costs and the fee for the legal service in advance. If the client agreement is terminated before the assignment is completed, the legal office holder will refund the advance payment to the client, from which the fee for the work performed and legal service costs will be deducted. The fee is determined: 1) time fee (hourly fee); 2) in a fixed amount (aggregate fee) or 3) as part of the client’s benefit that he receives due to the provision of legal services (partial fee). The fee must be paid in cash. Upon agreement with the client, the fee may depend on the result of the legal advisor’s work and other circumstances.

NOTE: The prices mentioned in the price list do not include costs related to legal services (such as material costs, transport costs, accommodation costs, etc.).

CONCILIATION SERVICE

As a professional activity, this service includes conciliation in a broader sense and family reconciliation in a narrower sense, regardless of whether those being reconciled decide to approach the conciliator independently at their own expense or are referred to family reconciliation at the expense of the referrer.

Payment is made on a per session basis. One session lasts 90 minutes.

NOTE: The fee for the session does not include the preparation of summaries/reports by the conciliator for the conciliated document projects and/or for the conciliators or at their request/consent III persons.

NOTE: The prices mentioned in the price list do not include costs related to the reconciliation service (such as material costs, transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc.).

NOTE: The family reconciliation service provided by the state or municipality (i.e. referred to family reconciliation by them) is free of charge for parents and is not reflected in this price list.

CONSULTING SERVICE
(business consulting and business support services)

This service includes various business-related services for business owners and members of management bodies. We also offer corporate services such as establishment of a legal entity, preparation and organization of management and administrative documents, tax planning, accounting, merger, division, transformation and liquidation of a legal entity.

A separate consulting direction is family business and family lawyer services.

The prices of the counseling service are formed according to the agreement.

If a separate agreement is not sought or reached, the legal service prices will apply.
