Formally, Arumäe & Andresson Law Offices LLC is like a new player in the market, but in essence it is one of the oldest legal practices operating in Estonia. The first legal entity to provide legal services, AS Concordia, was established in 1990. From there, legal services continued under the name of the law firm Concordia from 1994. There have been changes of name or the establishment of new companies in the future as well: Advokaadibüroo Landwell OÜ, the new Advokaadibüroo Concordia OÜ (still operating under the guidance of good colleagues), Advokaidibüroo Andresson Consulting Network OÜ and Arumäe Advokaadibürood OÜ. In connection with the retirement of attorney-at-law Urmas Arumäe in January 2021, the activities and office of the law firm were reduced and we returned to the “roots” – we restarted the law firm with the business name Arumäe Law Offices LLC.
Due to the difficult political and economic situation, we decided to combine our different family businesses to achieve better efficiency, and we will continue with a common business name from 01.09.2022: law offices Arumäe & Andresson Õigusbürood OÜ.
Thus, we can say without exaggeration that we have been in the legal services market for more than 30 years, ie since 1990..
The firm has been staffed by lawyers, sworn advocates, young lawyers with modern knowledge and assistant sworn advocates side by side for decades. For decades, the firm’s slogan has been one team, one goal, which signifies the trusting cooperation of the client and the lawyer in solving the client’s legal problem..

Our strategy
Our big picture of the distant future tells us that our customers are satisfied and very satisfied with our professional activities. Without it, there is no point in setting bigger goals, and everything else serves to achieve that goal. We want to be present in the largest centers of attraction in Estonia and satisfy the needs of clients for high-quality legal services and conciliation services where clients’ legal problems and conciliation needs arise. The latter does not preclude the extension of the geography of operations beyond the border. The real needs of our customers guide our strategy and, consequently, our tactical efforts.
